At Tswanabiz, we are committed to providing a seamless marketplace experience for both businesses and customers. Our refund and cancellation policy ensures fairness and transparency while protecting the interests of all parties involved. 1. Product Refund Policy
We allow refunds under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- A 15% handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
- For electrical items, refunds will only be processed if a wrong order was delivered and the item is still sealed in its original packaging.
Non-Refundable Products:
- Electrical items that have been opened or used.
- Items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in their original packaging.
If a product is defective upon arrival, customers should contact us within 48 hours for a possible replacement or repair option.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where Tswanabiz delivered the wrong item.
2. Service Subscription Refund Policy
- Service subscriptions are non-refundable once the service period has begun.
- Customers must review service details carefully before making a purchase.
If a service fails to meet its agreed terms, customers may be eligible for service adjustments, credits, or an alternative resolution at our discretion.
3. Digital Products Refund Policy
- Digital products (e-books, software, online courses, and downloadable content) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
- Customers must ensure compatibility and review product details before purchasing.
If a digital product is faulty or inaccessible, we will work with the customer to resolve technical issues or offer an alternative.
4. Subscription Cancellation Policy
- Customers must submit cancellation requests at least 30 days before the next billing period to avoid automatic renewal.
- No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription once the billing cycle has started.
We may allow prorated refunds for long-term subscriptions (6 months or more) if canceled within the first 30 days of service.

Fraud & Misuse Prevention
- Refunds will not be processed for purchases that show signs of fraudulent activity or abuse.
- Any customer found misusing our refund policy may face account suspension or legal action.
Dispute Resolution
- Customers must first contact Tswanabiz support for any refund disputes.
- If unresolved, the dispute may be escalated through legal channels, and Tswanabiz reserves the right to make the final decision.
Vendor & Seller Responsibility
- Vendors listing products on Tswanabiz must comply with our return and refund policy to maintain a fair marketplace.
- Vendors failing to honor refunds may have their accounts suspended or removed from our platform.
